Yes! We're committed to sustainability. All our packaging is 100% recyclable. Our bottles are made from recycled plastic, and our sachet packs can be returned to us for proper recycling. Look for the recycling symbol on each product.
Our bottled water has a shelf life of 2 years from the production date when stored properly. Sachet water should be used within 12 months of production. We recommend storing products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. For subscribers, we offer free next-day delivery on all orders. Express delivery (1-2 days) is available for an additional fee.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all subscription orders. For one-time purchases, free shipping is available on orders over $50. Bulk orders (50+ units) qualify for free express shipping.

Absolutely! You can change your products, sizes, or quantities at any time through your account dashboard. Changes will be reflected in your next billing cycle. Simply log in and go to "My Subscription" to make adjustments.
If a payment fails, we'll notify you via email and retry the payment within 3 days. You can update your payment method at any time through your account. Your subscription will remain active during this grace period.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement. For subscription orders, you can cancel at any time with no cancellation fees.
To request a refund, simply contact our customer support team with your order number. We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
